Shifa – A program which includes medical treatment for needy families. Once we get a Medical Case, we review and verify that case. After complete verification, we assist them in their treatment. If there is some surgery/operation require, we admit that patient in hospital and bear all expenses until the patient discharged from hospital. If some medicines require, we purchase that medicine and provide them at their door step.
Documents Required for Medical Case:
- Doctor’s Prescription (with complete details)
- Medicine list (from authentic doctor/hospital)
- Surgery/Operation details (from authentic doctor/hospital)
Case Approval Procedure:
- After submission of required documents, Our team verify those documents
- Our team checks that which hospital treat that case efficiently
- If case is approved, we contact patient’s family. This procedure will take 3-4 working days
Note: Fisabilillah Welfare never provide cash to patient in any case. We deal every case by providing facilities.
